Maintaining the firmness of your skin and avoiding wrinkles can be quite a difficult task. We all want to look younger than we actually are. Of course, there is nothing wrong with looking like your age but there is no harm in keeping yourself maintained and youthful.
Every minimal thing that we do has a visible effect on how we look from the outside e.g; skincare regime, sleeping pattern, exercise and eating habits. As we grow older, we began to have dull & dry skin, wrinkles and other sorts of skin problems so that is why it’s always encouraged to have a good beauty routine at all points of your life.
Here are a few tips, tricks, drugstore and high-end products that I will be sharing to maintain youthful-looking skin.
Use detox water recipes and eat your veggies
Your diet doesn’t only affect your body but it also has a major impact on your skin. What you eat – clean or not – shows on your skin. So if you are gobbling up junk foods infused with oil and fat then prepare to break your bank to get rid of those pimples and zits that will be coming to your path.
It always recommended to eat clean and take in all your nutrients. Detox water recopies infused with Vitamin C (lemon, orange, and tomatoes) or Vitamin K is helpful for the health of your skin. They all have their own beneficial properties.
Vegetables like cabbages and kale can help with reducing some widely-known imperfections such as; hyperpigmentation and dark circles.

Retinol for aging skin
Retinol is basically boosted with Vitamin A which is helpful for getting rid of deep and expressive wrinkles. It is an anti-aging product and it can also reverse the damage incurred from the sun. They are many different types of Retinol products which range from creams, serums, sprays and even pills. The difference can be seen after 6-12 weeks of using Retinol. The only disadvantage it has is that certain Retinol products can dry your skin too much. Down you’ll find a list of my favorite Retinol’s.

There are a few foods that can boost your collagen and make your skin firmer and younger. Radishes, tomatoes, and peppers can increase collagen production. Meanwhile, oranges and sweet potatoes can restore and stimulate collagen production. These are simple fruits and vegetables that can be easily incorporated into your eating habits.
Exfoliate
Exfoliation is essential for youthful-looking skin. Without exfoliation, your skin will be dry and dead which can further lead to wrinkles and bags underneath your eyes. They are many exfoliating products available in the beauty market for all skin types. It is necessary to get rid of dead skin cells otherwise you will age faster.

Use sun block creams
Sun has a direct impact on your skin and too much exposure can lead to saggy and wrinkly skin. By wearing glasses, you protect your eyes from the sun and by wearing sunscreens or sunblock creams you can protect your skin. It doesn’t necessarily diminish wrinkles and it doesn’t contain anti-aging properties but sunscreens with an SPF of 15 or higher can reduce any further damage caused by the sun.
